I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist with over 15 years in the Mental and Behavioral Health Field. I have been trained in a number of empirically supported as well as alternative modalities and approaches to meet you where you are on your journey.

I work collaboratively with clients to achieve goals around healing and personal growth. I support those who have been impacted by complex trauma, struggle with anxiety and depression, or are seeking to explore or deepen their spirituality or belief system.

  • Counseling

    A collaborative relationship aimed at empowering individuals or couples by addressing a wide range of needs; including mental and behavioral health concerns, life challenges, and relationship difficulties. 

    (Available for individuals in the state of Colorado via televideo. In-person options available intermittently.)

  • Therapeutic Coaching

    A blend of both therapeutic and coaching modalities to address personal challenges, overcome limiting beliefs, facilitate healing, and achieve growth.

  • Preparation and Integration Support

    Support in preparing for and integrating experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness. Experiences may include but are not limited to plant medicine ceremonies, psychedelic journeys, plant dietas, or spiritual experiences of any kind.

  • Tending Fire

    For Counselors, Therapists, Coaches, Health Providers, or any Practitioner who wants to tend to the fire of their own work so they may be of utmost service to others.
